Happy Birthday Ron!!

Happy Birthday Ron!!

...I don't remember when was the last time he was at home for his birthday. as usual, he's having fun somewhere else, leaving us with no guest of honor in his birthday dinner, that we consequently never have.

i got you a couple of hawaiian t-shirts for your birthday (stam, you would have gotten them anyway. but a birthday is a good excuse!!)

love you lil' brother

Deck - Part 2

Wedding preparations are on high speed.

Please enjoy the video here.

NOTE that the sound in this video is the "ron_song" created by Omer and Ron back in 1999, with ProDJ.

Keren, a challenge for you to figure out who is behind the vocals in the video.

WeekEnd

What does it mean, weekend?

Here i think it is the day in which the week is almost over, and you have to do lots of things, so it will still count as the current week.

So, what did we do this time, you might ask...

here is the full video of it.

OK, if i must...
here are some photos from it..

Koester Israel Wish List

Dalia and I have had a little discussion over email about what the Koesters should see while in Israel. I'm just going to assemble the fragments of conversations I've had everyone into one post, to organize our thougts.

Before I paste in the emails, Dalia also suggested a visit to Max Brenner's, and Matt and Erin expressed particular interest in going to the Red Sea, which we'll have to think about. I've added those to my original email below. Please add more, or state any strong preferences in the comments here.

-----------------------------------

Hi Dalia!
Here's a huge list of things the Koesters would like to see, if they
had all the time in the world :) We'll probably have to make the list
shorter, espeically for Matt & Erin and Kevin & Megan, who will be
there for a week, and even in 3 weeks, it might be hard to do
everything, so we'll probably have to make the list a bit shorter.
(I'll write this in the blog too.)
Except for item 1), there is no particular order:
1) Sharonim! (and friends)
2) Jerusalem:
Wailing Wall
Dome of the Rock
Church of the Holy Sepulchre
Part of the Via de la Rosa
Jerusalem from the Hill (Dikla took Keren and me there)
3) Dead Sea:
The Sea itself
Masada?
4) The North:
Sea of Galilee
Jordan River
Qaesaria
5) Red Sea (maybe just Mom and Dad Koester, but Matt and Erin mentioned it as well)
Eilat
6) Negev Desert
Mitzpe Ramon?
Ben-Gurion's grave?
7) Beach on the Med Sea
8) Max Brenner

That's it for now. We'll have to work on organizing it a bit. I'll
stick it on the blog tonight :)
Neshikot!
Ben
----------------------------

Good job, Ben. Thank you.
I also thought of showing the family a Kibbutz settlement and an Arab village
and Druze village(where we can stop and have a bite of druzeien Pita with
labane-Yumi!)
Well ,as I wrote in one of my comments in the blog we will get a lot of help
from Assaf-Omers friend- a tourist guide and he will take care of turing us
in Jerusalem and whatever we will decide.
We will have a big dinner with all our family (Motti Yuval Tammi and thier
families and Diklas family ,Lioras family.....)on friday 24 august
so thats part of item 1 of your list.
Friends we will meet later.
Your list is great.I love it all.
I am getting more and more excited every day.
You can add my mail to the blog too (after correcting my mistakes : )
