שלום אימא ואבא,
מה שלומכם? אני כותב דבר ראשון שלי בעיברית. זה לא טוב, אבל אני לומד.
אני לומד לקרוא, לכתוב ולדבר עם קרן.
כל יום, אנחנו עובדים ללמוד עוד עיברית.
עכשיו אני יושב בריצפה. אין פה קרן. היא עובדת במישרד.
אני לא רואה אתכם במחשב, אבל אני רואה בבלוג אולי.
אני אוהב אתכם, ולהיתראות.

כל הכבוד, בן! נהדר. אנחנו מאוד גאים בך.כתבת מכתב שלם ללא שגיאות. העברית שלך יותר טובה מהאנגלית שלי.אתה כבר יכול להקריא לדורי סיפור.

this is a letter that ben wrote as a part of his hebrew homework, i will translate:
hi mom and dad,
how are you? i'm writing my first thing in hebrew. it's not good, but i'm learning.
i learn to read, write and talk with keren.
every day, we work to learn more hebrew.
now i sit in the floor. there's no keren here. she works in the office.
i don't see you in the computer, but i see in the blog maybe.
i love you, and goodbye.

Coming soon, my next assignment: write about planting grass last weekend! We're working on the vocabulary for that.
Now I understend why last weekend has not been mentioned yet.Well,I amm waiting -Did you eat all the cookies?
The cookies are finally gone. I think we ate more of them than we should have. Everyone at work ended up helping us too.
