Windy City Trip

The first two weekends in Chicago, waiting for the big event, were spent knitting sweaters,
waiting...

We spent a day at the Field Museum looking at dinosaur bones, and waiting.

Kevin & Megan came on the 2nd weekend.
They waited with Keren's orchid.

We took in the Chicago Botanical
Gardens.
Still can't believe Keren could spend that much time walking.

Was a beautiful day
with beautiful people!

And lots of flowers! They were waiting too.
On Sunday Erin & Matt joined us on a visit to the Museum of Science and Industry.

When we left Chicago late that afternoon we were all.............................still waiting.............

Pictures look beutiful... maybe we could do the tour again in august.... are the botanical gardens worth anything in august?
Nice pictures Dad!
I think the gardens are worth seeing in August. There are fewer flowers blooming, but there's still a lot to see and the weather will be warmer.
